An Evening of

Kirsten Korot is a Therapeutic Guided Imagery Master, Wellness and Soul Coach.

Robert Willhite C.Ht. is a Hypnotherapist, Guided Imagery Master, Neurofeedback Provider and Meditation Teacher.

On Friday March 16th, 2012 it is my pleasure to be offering a special evening of meditation, imagery and sound healing with Kirsten Korot and I through the use of her “Sound Bath”  technique at my location in Burbank.

It is a wonderful way to spend an evening, going deep into relaxation and allowing your mind and body to come to a place of healing and inspiration.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE DURING A SOUND BATH?

A chance to find stillness, peace and harmony in our busy world.

At the start of a session, Kirsten and I will take you through some breathing and releasing exercises to help relax and unwind your body and mind, while listening to some soothing music. You will then be slowly guided through a visualization meditation, which will allow your mind to drift off to a place filled with peace, stillness and harmony.

Working intuitively, Kirsten will play Tibetan singing bowls along with healing music created with sounds and vibrations to take you on a remarkable journey listening to the beautiful and tranquil harmonics. I will be doing chakra work at the same time to assist you in releasing energy.  The experience can literally feel like you are submerged in a beautiful sea of sound and vibration. The beauty is in allowing yourself to journey and float freely through the experience wherever it takes you.  Often in those moments of letting go of the conscious mind you can get to a deeper connection with yourself and images, messages may surface that help connect the dots in new ways.  Be open to whatever may come up. The body filters through the sounds to utilize those that it needs in order to restore balance and harmony. You will then be gently guided back to a full state of consciousness.

A sound bath is a powerful way through using sound, breath and imagery for whole person health, efficient in treating stress, managing pain and illness, depression, exhaustion, anger, loneliness, separation, and fears or problems related to the lack of harmony in our lives. It is an effective tool for channeling change, setting in motion positive living, and simply as a means of re-discovering joyous harmony with yourself and your surroundings.

HOW YOU NEED TO PREPARE

Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing. Bring something to ensure you remain warm and relaxed during the meditation like a light blanket or cover if needed.  You will need a mat or comfortable seat or bolster.  It is often best experience laying down so that the body can be in a completed relaxed state but it can also be experienced in a comfortable seated position.   Sound therapy is most effective when one combines positive affirmation during a session. Therefore, please consciously direct your thoughts to the positive, focusing on any area most needing treatment and send the sound and vibration to the area where you feel you need healing and positive reinforcement to release emotional or physical blockages or pain.  Connect with your intuition and let it guide you to where to focus the sound vibrations to restore a sense of balance and harmony.

We look forward to sharing the wondrous miracle of a Sound Bath with you.

It is a wonderful way to bring a group together to experience a shared healing experience and let go of the stresses of the day to come away feeling more balanced, lighter, more at peace and in harmony.
